Review: Sally Hansen Extreme Wear- "The Real Teal"

This nail polish was a Christmas stocking stuffer and looks great after one coat (shown below)! Read on for more details:

These nail polishes are usually pretty affordable, and you can often find them on sale. I wouldn't know for this particular one because it was a gift!

The color: looks more straight-up blue in the bottle but has more of a green tint on. It also isn't matte or shimmer-less as I would have expected. It has a very subtle but pretty silvery-green shimmer in the light-how aquatic!

Coverage: in just one coat you get a great feel of the color. Two coats, and you're done. The color is opaque so that you can't see the whites of your nails. It covers well if you have a steady hand.

Drying time: In just a couple of minutes, a thick coat will be dry and smudge-proof to the touch. It will still get dinged or smudge after this though, so be careful until it's dry enough to put a topcoat on successfully. Very impressed with the drying time on these, and the brushes as well- they coat almost the whole nail at once if you fan them properly, and the brushes are thick enough and retain the product enough that you can cover a few nails without having to de-dip into the bottle, what a luxury!

Highly recommend this polish for lovers of funky and opaque colors alike! Go Sally Hansen Hard As Nails Extreme Wear!
